Oscillator 2.0 arrives almost 7 years since the last update

I didn’t expect to see an update for Oscillator as the last one was in November 2008. That’s a long time coming, and there isn’t too much in there either. Here’s what’s new:

• iOS 9 compatible
• New randomize function
