Well if Jasuto was one of my list of 24 I couldn’t leave Audulus out. I’m a big lover of the modular format, although strangely have never gone in for an actual modular, at least, not so far. So for now I satisfy myself with software modulars, and one that makes a lot of sense to me is Audulus.
One of the reasons I like Audulus (and there are many) is that it works in so many places. It’s on my iPad, it’s one my iPhone and it’s on my Mac too. It all makes sense and helps in the process of making things. But more than that it’s because Audulus is very versatile and flexible, and is a real synth power house in iOS.
These days there are plenty of modular apps for iOS, lots of good ones too, but Audulus does stand out because of its functionality and also because of just how many updates we’re had from the developer and how it has grown and matured.
So I’m a big fan and I’m very happy to have Audulus on my 24 apps list.
