I remember when Yonac first told me what they were bringing to the app store with AirVox, I was really impressed. It was a very good sign of the kinds of things that people were experimenting with and trying out.
I can remember first playing with it and again being amazed at how responsive it was as an instrument and how much effort it needed to make it sound good.
This wasn’t just a toy, it was an actual instrument as an app that required effort and time from the user.
I think it was a real step forward for mobile music making and I still like this app a lot.
