miniSynth Pro update

A great addition to miniSynth Pro:

Incorporated “Audio Copy/Paste” functionality, accessible via the copy and paste buttons in the “Recording” area. The Audio Copy/Paste is compatible with a large number of third party DAWs and musical apps. For pasting into miniSynth PRO, the officially supported formats are WAV (native), CAF, AIFF and PCM. However, compressed formats such as MP3 and AAC are also known to work.

Secret Apple iOS Summit next week?

A number of sites have picked up this story today about Apple holding a secret summit with a number of select iOS developers to look at how to make apps on iOS better.

I wonder what will come out of it and if we will ever find out?

New webOS tablet to be called the PalmPad?

I read this and just really liked the name ‘PalmPad’ so I thought I’d post it. I think it sounds great.

I hope that HP/Palm keep the Classic emulator in webOS in the ‘PalmPad’ as it would be really interesting to see how that works out with the new form factor and running stuff like Bhajis on a webOS tablet.

Make an Aluminium iPad Stand

If DIY is your thing then you might want to try your hand at making this rather nice iPad stand. Assuming that you have an iPad that you need a stand for anyway. More at Make.

BlackBerry PlayBook Demo Highlights from Adobe MAX

Ok, not directly mobile music, but interesting to see the new RIM tablet is quite capable. I keep hearing good things about this device.
