I’ve been in contact with the developer of uLoops and he confirms that the project isn’t dead at all. They’re working on a full Android release as the software was originally developed for the Android Developer Challenge.
They’re in the process of adding some more features and bug fixing so hopefully we’ll see a release next year. In the meatime you can watch some of their videos here.
