NNN Mono Synth, 3GS Only!

I guess it had to happen. Someone was going to bring out a music app that was 3GS only, but I can’t see why this app needs all the power of a 3GS device? This is a mono synth with a slightly interesting interface, but why it needs a 3GS when NLog packs polyphony into a 3G I don’t get.

Maybe I should get in touch with the developer and find out?

Speak Onion Live Rig and Gig

Speak Onion’s live rig, featuring an iPhone using Beatmaker, and a mini KP too. Excellent stuff.

If you’re in NYC next weekend you can catch Speak Onion at:

BleepBox site gets a refresh

A little bit more useful than before and easier to find information on the home page, yet still no sign of the updated app which is a real shame.

All Things DS-10 starts to review the DS-10+

I’m sure he’ll continue this review in subsequent posts, but so far it is interesting to see how he gets on with the new version.

HHH on Clapboard apps for the iPhone

Handheld Hollywood has a good post on Clapboard apps for the iPhone. I think I bought one early and never use it. Some of the apps in this post seem quite advanced though so maybe I should look again?

YUDO puts out a new app

I’m not entirely sure what to make of this new app from YUDO. It isn’t really what I was expecting from them next. On the one hand I want to buy it to see what it is like, and on the other I’m not sure it is going to do anything for me.

If anyone’s tried it please let me know what you think.
